Only 65 days left!

No, not in France, but of school!
School is a little bit better, but there is still room for improvement...Last week we had the national evaluation, which I did surprisingly well in seeing that I didn't understand most of it. I  just use my dictionary to figure out the main stuff, then guess. The math is horrible, when I come back I better get in the smart class for math seeing that not only I am doing it at school, I'll be doing it by correspondence too!

The skiing was fun, I'm terrible at cross country, I can't slide so I have to shuffle, downhill is ok.
I can go really fast, but I can't stop, so I just go and start screaming " get out of my way!" and hope that people get the message! We have only had it once out 3 times because there is not enough snow, which is disappointing but oh well.

We have found this tv program that we always watch, it's called "scenes de menage" which roughly translates into "scenes of couple fights"! There are three different couples, a middle aged couple, the man works at the city council, and the woman( who often uses this high pitched voice, which is hilarious!) is a beautician. Then an old couple who keep trying to make each other unhappy, but in a play sort of way.
Then there is a young couple, who live in a studio flat. We are a bit worried though because they keep repeating things and we're scared that they have run out. I love it here because mum lets me watch tv whenever I want, because I am "learning" (a good reason to live in another country).

Next week, to celebrate Cam's 18th, we're going to Venice!
We're a bit worried though, because we leave on Wednesday, which is the day after Tuesday. You may ask"so what" but Cam has this habit of getting sick on Tuesday and getting better on Friday...
When we come back, i shall tell you all about it!

Until then, happy holidays (for you)

Zali

  4. Hey Zali!
Sorry, havn't caught up for a while, We have been on holiday and I got lazy. My mum would approve of that canteen food. Poor you, Maths teachers are always not that great, well that's my theory anyway. I should hopefully, fingers crossed, be getting Broad band so we can skype each other.
I'm going to keep you informed about girls high when I start, but I'm in a streamed class so I wil get all the nice teachers. You are so lucky, VENICE.That should make up for all the bad things anyway. Honestly, what can I say. 100% jealous? No,110% jealous.
    Missing you, Caitlyn. xxx
